This 8-week program, powered by EXPERTIST® Academy, teaches social media and community management, offering valuable experience, hands-on skills, and professional growth.

Program Overview

Here’s an overview of the EXPERTIST® Intensive Internship Program, where beginners in digital marketing will gain practical experience, hands-on skills, and a strong career foundation over 8 weeks.

The internship schedule is Tuesday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Week 1

In the first week of the EXPERTIST® Intensive Internship Program, you’ll focus on building a strong foundation in social media and community management.

You’ll learn the basics of engaging online and creating active communities around your brand or interest.

Module 1: Introduction to Social Media and Community Management
  • Get acquainted with social media’s vital role in today’s landscape.
  • Explore how various social media platforms influence communication and business.
  • Understand the crucial role of community managers in fostering and sustaining online communities.
  • Learn about popular social media platforms and their practical applications in community management.
Module 2: Basics of Setting Up Social Media Profiles

Week 5 – Week 8

From week 5 to week 8, interns will apply their learning in real-life scenarios during the Implementation phase of the program, mentored by the EXPERTIST team.

  • Apply theoretical knowledge and strategies in practical, real-world situations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in implementing social media and community management techniques.
  • Develop confidence through practical application and mentorship from the EXPERTIST team.

Qualifications

  • Age between 18 and 24 years old.
  • Must be a Senior High School graduate.
  • Open to coaching and eager to learn and teach.
  • Committed to lifelong learning.
  • Ready to learn and lead effectively.
  • Must have a personal mobile phone with at least 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
  • Provide a Barangay ID or any valid Government-issued ID.
